At TDR Ideas, we appreciate organizations that choose to serve and provide invaluable services to our communities. TDR fosters growth and development through collaborative thinking, action, and reflection. Our founders, Jamal Encalade and Kaleb Banks, were inspired by their service in the education and non-profit sectors to create a company dedicated to bettering and uplifting our communities.
As students of the liberal arts and humanities, Jamal and Kaleb created TDR Ideas to apply a human-centered approach to traditional consulting, focusing on small-to-medium non-profit and for-profit organizations aiming to do good. Both have spent their time serving in the New Orleans and District of Columbia public charter school systems, advocating for transformational educational experiences for our communities' most vulnerable.
